Vanessa Frangville is a Professor in China Studies at the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB), director of EASt, ULB’s research centre on East Asia, and co-director of Routledge’s “Contemporary Asian Societies” series. Her research interests include ethnic policy and “minority film” in China, cultural and artistic production in the Uyghur diaspora, scientific and artistic migration from China and the Uyghur region.
She is involved in AspirE’s WP2 on policy content analysis, with a focus on non-EU citizens’ relocation to Belgium from other EU countries.
