Bernard Allan Garcia

Bernard Allan Garcia completed his Bachelor’s degree in International Studies in International Relations and Diplomacy from the Far Eastern University in Manila, Philippines. He is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Population Studies at the University of the Philippines. He is working as a Research Assistant at the Scalabrini Migration Center. He is also an Editorial Assistant of the Asian and Pacific Migration Journal. His research interests are centered on international migration, particularly on policy-governance on labor migration, forced migration and stateless persons.

He is an Early Career Researcher (ECR) for AspirE representing the Scalabrini Migration Center. He will work on Work Packages 2,3, and 4 (socio-legal context, (non)-migration decisions, and temporality).
