Masaryk University, in collaboration with Université libre de Bruxelles, organised AspirE’s  hybrid (online and onsite) ethics training in the mornings of the 13th and 14th of February 2023 with four invited speakers: two researchers, one Data protection Officer and one EU-research project manager. The invited speakers discussed the following points:

  • Informed consent in research on human participants;
  • Do’s and don’ts in an EU-collaborative project;
  • EU-funded research fellowship - dreams and reality; and
  • Data protection: applying GDPR to scientific research.

AspirE’s consortium members and Early Career Researcher (i.e., research assistants, doctoral students and postdoctoral researchers) participated in the training. A curriculum in pdf format stemming from the training will be available on AspirE’s website 6 months after the end of the project (June 2026).
